The Disciplinary Committee of Auniati University consists of the following members:

• Dr. Prakash Jyoti Borthakur, Vice Chancellor Member
• Dr. Madhurjyya Mondit Baruah, Registrar Member Secretary
• Sri Prasanta Dutta Member
• Sri Tulashi Rajkhowa Member

The objectives of the Disciplinary Committee of Auniati University are:

1. To maintain discipline and order within the university campus.
2. To ensure that all students adhere to the university's rules and regulations.
3. To investigate and take disciplinary action against students who violate the university's rules and regulations.
4. To promote a culture of respect, tolerance, and inclusivity within the university campus.

The functions of the Disciplinary Committee of Auniati University are:

1. To receive and investigate complaints of misconduct or indiscipline by students.
2. To conduct inquiries and hearings to determine the guilt or innocence of students accused of misconduct or indiscipline.
3. To impose penalties or disciplinary actions against students found guilty of misconduct or indiscipline.
4. To review and recommend changes to the university's rules and regulations to ensure that they are fair, just, and effective.

The Disciplinary Committee of Auniati University may impose the following penalties or disciplinary actions against students found guilty of misconduct or indiscipline:

1. Warning or reprimand
2. Fine or penalty
3. Suspension or expulsion from the university
4. Withdrawal of privileges or benefits
5. Any other penalty or disciplinary action deemed fit by the committee

Students who are aggrieved by the decision of the Disciplinary Committee may appeal to the Chancellor of the university. The Chancellor may review the decision of the committee and take such action as deemed fit.
