Women's Cell

Objective:
As per the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC), Auniati University has established a Women's Cell to promote gender equality, empower women, and address issues related to women's welfare and safety on campus.

Composition:
The Women's Cell of Auniati University consists of the following members:

Functions:
  1. Promoting Gender Equality: The Women's Cell works to create a gender-sensitive and inclusive environment on campus, promoting equal opportunities and rights for women students, faculty, and staff.
  2. Empowering Women: The Cell organizes workshops, seminars, and training programs to empower women and enhance their skills, knowledge, and confidence.
  3. Addressing Women's Issues: The Women's Cell addresses issues related to women's welfare and safety on campus, including harassment, violence, and discrimination.
  4. Providing Support Services: The Cell provides support services, including counseling, guidance, and referral services, to women students, faculty, and staff who face personal or professional challenges.
  5. Creating Awareness: The Women's Cell creates awareness about women's rights, gender equality, and women's empowerment through various programs and activities.

Activities:
