Composition of the Library Committee:
The Library Committee of Auniati University consists of the following members:

Objectives of the Library Committee:
The Library Committee of Auniati University aims to achieve the following objectives:

1. To provide access to academic resources: To provide students, researchers, and faculty members with access to a wide range of academic resources, including books, journals, e-books, and research databases.
2. To promote research and scholarship: To promote research and scholarship by providing access to rare and invaluable texts, manuscripts, and cultural artifacts.
3. To preserve cultural heritage: To preserve and promote the cultural heritage of Assam by collecting, cataloging, and showcasing rare and invaluable cultural artifacts.
4. To support teaching and learning: To support teaching and learning by providing access to academic resources, scholarly materials, and cultural artifacts.

Functions of the Library Committee:
The Library Committee of Auniati University performs the following functions:

1. Collection development: To develop and maintain a diverse collection of academic resources, scholarly materials, and cultural artifacts.
2. Cataloging and classification: To catalog and classify academic resources, scholarly materials, and cultural artifacts for easy access and retrieval.
3. Access and circulation: To provide access to academic resources, scholarly materials, and cultural artifacts and to manage circulation services.
4. Reference and research support: To provide reference and research support to students, researchers, and faculty members.
5. Preservation and conservation: To preserve and conserve rare and invaluable cultural artefacts and academic resources.

Action Plan:
The Library Committee of Auniati University shall develop an action plan to achieve its objectives, which shall include:

1. Development of a digital library: To develop a digital library that provides access to e-books, research databases, and other digital resources.
2. Collection of rare and invaluable texts: To collect rare and invaluable texts, manuscripts, and cultural artifacts related to the cultural heritage of Assam.
3. Organization of workshops and training programs: To organize workshops and training programs for students, researchers, and faculty members on the use of academic resources, scholarly materials, and cultural artifacts.
4. Development of a museum: To develop a museum that showcases rare and invaluable cultural artifacts and academic resources.
